Urgent Care Practitioner
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated practitioner with prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of acute conditions and procedures, including performing sutures, managing wound care, administering injections, and conducting thorough patient evaluations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and treating walk-in patients with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
- Performing minor procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as appropriate.
- Documenting all encounters thoroughly and accurately in patient charts.
- Coordinating care with other providers when inpatient admission or specialty referral is required.
- Providing compassionate, efficient, and timely care to patients of all ages.
The practitioner should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred.
